What is Owly?

Owly is a read-only REST API plugin for Atlassian Data Center products.
It lets admins and integrators safely explore database tables — no writes, no risk.

Core capabilities (both products):

• Discover all available tables (application + ActiveObjects)
• Page through table rows
• Fetch records by ID
• Batch fetch multiple records in a single request

✅ Owly never writes to your Atlassian instance. All operations are strictly read-only.
